We use digital technology using the same pigments that Glass Artist have used for centuries. Our art is created in photoshop, then transfered to glass and kiln fired. The glass image is placed on cement board and embedded in polymer cement. The cement is sealed with industrial concrete sealer and will not FADE or RUST, even in the harshest climates.

1) Larger signs typically cost around $30.00 on average to ship. You can use our shipping estimator at checkout

2) Smaller signs cost aboput $20.00 to ship. 

3)All signs ship in wooden crate to insure un damaged delivery. 

4)You will receive a tracking number for your order. Most shipments are via UPS. 

Our signs are basically concrete and glass. They do not require any special care beyond maybe cleaning the glass. Do not pressure wash or use any type of acidic cleaner. 

Q When will this item be availabel?
   A. This is a handmade product and requires two weeks to fabricate and ship.

Q. Is it possible to get this in a bigger size?
    A. No problem creating this in a custom size. Just send us your request at info@glasstat.com

Q. Can I add tile borders?
    A. We can work with you rirectly to find a custom border tile color that complements your space.l We have a selection of over 25 border colors. 
Q. What is your return policy?
    A. Unfortunately because each addrss is custom made we do not accept returns. We do offer a lifetime NEVER FADE Warranty and a 10 year warranty on the signs structure.
