Refund policy

Everything we sell is made to order, just for you. Every glass sign, address sign and piece of glass art is designed, printed, kiln-fired and finished by hand for your order. Our tee shirts, canvas prints, puzzles, shower curtains and rugs are printed for you when you order them. Because nothing comes off a shelf, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind, a size ordered by mistake, or a design you approved.

Your proof protects you

Before we make a custom sign or address sign, we email you a design proof. For a custom gift with your sign's artwork, we email you a mockup. Please check the spelling, house numbers, colors and size carefully. We make exactly what you approve, so a mistake in an approved proof or mockup isn't covered.

Lifetime Never Fade warranty

The image on our glass signs, address signs and glass art is fired into the glass in a kiln at 1280°F, not printed on top, so the sun can't fade it. That's why our kiln-fired glass comes with a lifetime Never Fade warranty: if the fired image on your glass ever fades, we'll remake it for you at no charge.

  • To make a claim, email david@glasstat.com with your name, a photo of the sign, and your order number if you have it.
  • The warranty covers fading of the fired glass image for the life of your sign.
  • It doesn't cover breakage or chips from impact, accidents, storms or installation, or normal weathering of the cement frame and sealer.
  • Printed gifts (tee shirts, canvas prints, puzzles, shower curtains and rugs) are printed with inks and aren't covered by this warranty.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what you approved, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.

  • Email us at david@glasstat.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of the item and the box it came in.
  • Keep the box and packing material until we've sorted it out. The carrier may need to see them.
  • Please don't send anything back unless we ask you to.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until we start making your order:

  • Custom signs and address signs: until you approve your design proof.
  • Custom gifts with your sign's artwork: until you approve your mockup.
  • Tee shirts, canvas prints, puzzles, shower curtains and rugs: these go to the printer soon after you order, so contact us the same day.

Once production has started, we can't cancel the order.

Handmade glass

Colors on a fired glass sign can look a little different from your screen. Fired glass has a glossy finish, so it will show some reflection. Small variations are part of handmade, kiln-fired glass and aren't defects. Printed gifts can also vary slightly in color from what you see on screen.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.

Refunds

When we approve a refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it.
