Shipping policy

How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive 2 to 3 weeks after you order, including shipping. For custom signs, address signs and custom gifts, the 2 to 3 weeks start when you approve your design proof or mockup.

Need it by a certain date? Call us at 409-899-9359 or email david@glasstat.com before you order, and we'll tell you whether we can make it.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay. We don't add a packing or handling fee.

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

More than one package

Glass signs ship from our shop in Beaumont, Texas, by UPS. Tee shirts, canvas prints, puzzles, shower curtains and rugs are printed and shipped by our print partners. If your order includes both, it will arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Damaged, lost or late

UPS shipments are tracked and insured. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the box, and keep the packaging. If a package is lost or stops moving, let us know and we'll work with the carrier. See our Refund policy for details.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll need to charge shipping again to send it out.
